Some nonfunctional or often nonfunctional local access numbers.
General Comments
I've just been using it for domestic long distance. Connection is fine, and the rates are wonderful. The website and account management is really superb. The single bad point is that I was given six local access numbers from my area, and many don't work. One never works, and several others hardly ever do. I've found one that often does, though. The former either don't connect at all, or ring without pickup, or more rarely pick up with no response. So when I want to make a call, it used to take a couple of dial-ups to get anywhere.
