Music Key Lock doesn't actually stop the next or previous buttons from being bumped more than once. Carphone Warehouse have given me 3 other phones to try. All have the same fault. Called Sony Ericsson, only to be told to go to the retailer.

General Comments

I think the Sony Ericsson W380i has poorly designed software. Also, because the phone is "so new", there are no technicians trained to fix it. Very upset.
