General Comments

The worst flight I have ever experienced in my life. On my way there my luggage was broken, completely busted at the seams. Returning the flight was delayed 1.5 hours, another two security checks were mandated after clearing the initial security, the luggage took over an hour to make it to the baggage claim, and on top of all that my well packed bottle of tequila (it was inside of my semi-hardshell luggage, then surrounded by soft clothing, and bubble wrapped) was completely shattered ruining my clothes. Two of my friends on a later Mexicana flight had their luggage left in Mexico and reported that many other passengers had also lost their luggage. Pay the higher airfare, in my opinion Mexicana is not worth the stress and headache. I will never be flying with them again.
