Overall the customer service is friendly but disorganised in my opinion.
Connection for me personally has been a big problem.
In my experience - Connection problem on 26th Feb told due to phone line.
Connection problem on 6th March told due to dns server down
Connection problem on 19th March told due to maintenance
Connection problem 28th March was told it was due to line aol software
The problem is down to migration of service to CPW and was told this by a supervisor but was not informed as far as I am aware.. Do not recommend Aol Broadband.
