Bad Points
Misses the top 1/8" of photo, No drivers available for Vista as far as I am aware.
General Comments
I have used mine for 3 years never gave me a moments problem. I use it to scan Photos, DVD covers & Docs. Easy to set up, just install toolbox, XP Office takes care of OCR, Photoshop takes care of everything else, well recommended.
