Good Points

Shuttle-too short a distance for them to mess up on this.

Bad Points

Delays, cramped seating, don't care attitude etc etc etc!!!!

General Comments

Flew Jo'berg to Manchester via Heathrow. Checked in on line only to get to the airport and find that they had changed our seats and stuck us in the middle row. We politely asked why, and were more or less told put up and shut up. The seats were horrendous. Unless you pay double the economy price your'e left very uncomfortable for the length of the journey. The flight was delayed and we missed our shuttle to Manchester. Queued for and hour only to be told next shuttle was full after travelling all night. In general appalling!!!
