General Comments

I have written a previous review for this company in February, saying I had scrapped a car in Oct and still waiting for refund...... well... its nearly April and I'm still waiting. Rang again today to be told that for insuring my car for just over 2 months will cost me over 85% of the total cost. Originally we were advised to put our policy on hold whilst we found another car, asked if this would effect the amount we received back and was told no..... only to be told now that it does and they are charging me for insurance for nearly 4 months!! Appalling customer service - have had to continually chase them for refund -
