General Comments
After contacting several local window companies in my area for appointments for a quote for new windows and French doors to the whole property, I contacted Safetsyle UK on the advice of my husband, who had seen their adverts. All window companies that came were extremely polite, professional and simply quoted exactly what we asked for and post out or emailed to us detailed quotes (no pressure involved). Safestyle on the other hand I thought were rude from the moment I contacted them. They insisted that despite my husband completely renovated our property, and making all decisions on materials I had to attend the appointment based on the fact that 'its company policy'. I explained that I would be on site but not available to discuss anything at length as I would be busy with my children. They told me they wouldn't come unless I was there (I explained I would not sign that day in any event as I had 8 other companies providing quotes). They sent a salesman to the property who upon arrival was unprofessional and left within 2 minutes as my husband explained he would be fitting the windows - he was annoyed as we hadn't been advised they do not do 'supply only' and told my husband we had wasted his time, shortly before walking off.
