Good Points

Semi auto
hight rate of fire
good muzzle velocity
can take a silencer
can shoot a pellet at 64 yards

Bad Points

Double action only
4.5mm rounds means that it loses velocity rapidly after 30 yards

General Comments

The beretta handgun co2 is very good firearm for practice training or target shooting. It can smash through beer and wine bottles. I shot an old tv and it pellet went in and made hole in the screen.

Hollow point rounds also expend....(H&N Hollow points) i shot into a yellow pages at 7 yards and it expended by 5 or 6mm (.20 cal)

shot at an old army jumper at 7 yards and pellet had no problems entering the first layer of the jumper. H&N copper points go right through and pin the jumper to the back stop. This should clear up whether this gun is dangerous or not......well as i have proved its clearly capable of entering the body.

I also fired this peice at 65 yards at a full size man target. i fired 10 shots aiming at the centre of the face. One hitting the face, two at the shoulder, one at the centre mass (x ring) and the rest in the lower stomach and thighs very good in my opinion. This was done with open sights bench rested.

overall a very good co2 handgun with some decent power....This is definitely a very real gun

Hi, I'm just a bit curious as to how you fired a .20 Hollow point pellet from a .177 barrel, and 64 yards is approx 58 metres! thats one heck of a distance to be shooting this type of pistol so I'm not suprised it lacked velocity, if anything I'm surprised the pellets made it to the target! I do however agree with you that at shorter distances this pistol can do damage and the accuracy is decent for what it is.

No i didnt fire a .20 slug, what i said i fired a hollow point 4.5mm pellet (H&N) into a yellow pages and the slug expended to 5mm or 6mm which roughly about a .20 cal.

All three of my Beretta 92s have been single AND double action. Mine were all made by Umarex so either Sgt Gunman has got a plastic air soft replica or he is confused by double and single action. Is he a new shooter ? This is the place to learn more

Ye thats a point, the umarex Beretta can be put into single action by thumbing back the hammer, well spotted

It's only double action only when shooting in semi auto....i.e. the slide does not recoil back! There is a Beretta 92D in 9mm thats double action only as well i.e. the slide recoils back but does not cock the hammer

and by the way boris i am NOT a new commer to the shooting sports.. i have fired .22lr and .38spl pistols, shotguns and handled ak 47s and a sa80!
