Everything in my experience.
Wish I'd read these reviews before I ordered with this company. Like so many others, I ordered products online, paid extra for a next day delivery, and as far as I am aware received nothing. All attempts to contact have failed as far as I am aware, automated message constantly on the phone number, and e mails via their "CONTACT US" link have had no reply. In my experience I have even canceled my card, and advise anyone who has made a purchase with them to not do with M 99. I do not recommend www.m-99.co.uk.
