You need to stick with the story lines and characters early on.


General Comments

It's a remarkable, beautiful novel... This book is simply brilliant. Leon Uris has a an incredible feel for the time and the people and uses the natural beauties and tragedies of Ireland to tell this story with uncommon depth.
