I placed an order 3 weeks ago, spent over £200 and paid extra for 48hr delivery and guess what? Still no clothes! I am very disappointed after numerous phone calls to their customer service people and email after email. They resonded after a week stating the courier company delivered my parcels in my porch. I don't have a porch! No card was put through either so I either have neighbours as theives, a porch at the front I've been unaware of or maybe River Island's delivery system is poor. It's not the first time this has happned to me, my last order took 7 days to arrive which for a home delivery network is extremely poor.
Humm, I like Miss Selfridge shopping online anyway, always arrives the next day!
