Good Points

I had shopped with Next previously and not had a problem good service


Bad Points

The website and accounts, warning to everyone who uses there online shopping it is really easy for anyone to use your account. They only need your name address and date of birth and any old account can be reactivated. This means another person can order to a store collect and you will be billed for it!!!!


General Comments

Seriously consider whether you want to give your details to a company, who doesn't want to protect them. That is what passwords are for and why bank sites and credit card sites use them. The company doesn't not understand that dates of birth and addresses are really easy to get hold of
