Good Points

It is cheaper than most websites, but as some have commented I would definitely not recommend them.


Bad Points

Their customer service I find appalling, they promise to get back to me but fail to do so.


General Comments

We ordered a Zanussi washer dryer from Dixons and it broke down less than a week. We contacted Dixons who agreed on a replacement but was told I would be contacted within 48 hours to arrange a delivery. I told them it was urgent as we have 3 kids under 5 (1 baby) but they said I could not chase. I am still waiting for them to call and I have no idea when they will deliver. I have stated that I will charge them for laundry costs and am considering cancelling the whole thing and going to John Lewis and asking them to pay the difference.
