Crew Onboard are usually wonderful - attentive, friendly & service minded.
The new long haul business class cabins are roomy and seats very comfortable, with brilliant service and great food, wine, and IFE. Flights are seldom late, and overall I find Scandinavian Airlines to be one of the better carriers available. Customer Service in Scandinavia, at least, is usually very pleasant and service minded. Good airline in a general perspective. Ground staff, especially at the gate, can be extremely rude and even arrogant. Generally speaking SAS seems to have fairly "senior" staff. Would be a bit nicer with a slightly younger and dynamic crew.
. I look forward to flying with them again soon!
