Worst Customer service I have ever experienced in my life.
Booked a holiday 7 months in advance to Egypt and were told 2 days before we flew out they had changed our accommodation. We were given no alternative and told to like it or lump it. The hotel they put us in was disgusting and in the middle of nowhere and not a patch on the 5 star that I had booked and paid for. On returning we have sent several complaint letters, emails and made several phone calls, none of which have been replied to. They are the worst Customer service team I have ever came across and I will never travel with them again.
