Easy for guests to buy from and they don't charge delivery on every purchase the way other lists do. The delivery staff were excellent and had everything in the house in 10 minutes.
There were a number of items delivered incorrectly, but instead of being able to go to the Wedding list department and make all the changes, I had to go to each individual department to make exchanges, which took the best part of 3 hours.
Considering they had received 8000 worth of revenue from our wedding, I would have expected better after sales care to assist with the items they'd incorrectly delivered. On the upside the care beforehand and the ease of adding to the list online was just about worth the hassle afterwards!
