General Comments

It's been nearly a month now since my wife knocked our Palsma off the stand whilst decorating. We have made around 25 calls to more than and are always told they have no information to tell us apart from it's being looked into. An Assesor came out and was not very nice to my wife, only wish I had worked from home that day.
Any way I would not advise anyone to use this company for any type of insurance, car etc.
If I do not get any joy in the next few days I am going to contact the insurance ombudsman and buy another TV myself.
