Good rate of interest. Good online service links accounts globally, making transfer fast and cheap.
Bad Points
The parent company was exposed early on in the subprime crisis in the US. It took several weeks to get a response from the London office on the subject and the answer was not satisfactory.
General Comments
I think Citibank is a good bank but there is a question mark against its exposure to risky mortgage lending. Whether it is big enough to weather the storm.
