Great player, Does everything you need Photo,Video,Music & Games.
80GB or 160GB versions available at decent prices so very few people will run out of room.
Excellent Battery Life,
Coverflow option it pretty cool,
Search option useful,
Easy to use,
Certain tracks not encoded with iTunes skip parts of the song (This only seems to happen with certain people and it happened with me)
May feel slow to navigate for some people who have had iPods before.
When I first bought my iPod Classic I was half pleased and half disappointed. The player has everything I needed and the Capacity (80GB) was perfect for me.
However as I was listening to my iPod I found that certain tracks were skipping to the next track or part of the song. I was very annoyed by this and at one point thought about taking the iPod back.
However I found that if you right click the track in iTunes that is causing a problem and choose convert to... then it plays fine on the iPod.
I would like to say that this should not put you off buying the player as it is excellent except for this and this doesn't seem to happen to everyone and will hopefully be fixed in a future update.
