Couldn't ask for better support when an item fails or needs to be replaced under the warranty period. They stand behind what they sell.
General Comments
Inexpensive "Humvee" watch lost water resistance after 7 months. Warranty instructions indicated it could be returned to the merchant. I did that, and they were willing to refund, but I just took credit against a better watch.
