Good Points

Hmm I cant think of any good points. I was duped into buying an inferior product.

Well there are too many to list but I think one word should cover it all, SONY.


General Comments

Specifically. I purchased a SONY DVP-S360. 3 months into the purchase I was experiencing problems. Being electronic savy I improved the conditions under which the DVD player operates. I saw some improvement, as in it would work. But I was again mis-guided. This DVD player just plain stinks, sucks, whatever you want to call it. I figure if SONY can produce a cheap product and sell it to me in a pretty box, then they can take responsibility for a rubbish product. They gave me 250 reasons to speak foul of them, as in $250. I could never provide a service to anyone and get away with what this company has done. I guess the lesson here is, get so large that you can have your cake and eat it too. Come off the hip with some of that green SONY and reimburse everyone who bought your product. In essence, pay me to trust you again.
