Deal seems good £15 for £34 worth of service
Bad Points
Check your (first) bill I was charged the full £20 (£17.02 + vat)despite the current discount offer & a del. charge for phone - both mistakes.
Low rating because of this.
General Comments
The customer service assistant was v.helpful but I had to convince her & her supervisor that the current Flext deal I had signed up for was currently £20 - £5 = £15 I did this by asking her to look at the T-Mobile website where it at stated this in pink & white. I also had it confirmed in an email
IT SEEMS THAT T-MOBILE WERE UNAWARE OF THE DETAILS OF THEIR OWN OFFER!
