Good Points

Looks nice. Easy to use.


Bad Points

Belt broke after 3 years of moderate/low use. Support from Samsung is poor. They were not helpful. Parts were not available.


General Comments

Don't buy a Samsung washing machine. They need to improve their after sales service 100% and their goods don't seem to be built to last.
