General Comments

Where to begin?
It took an hour for me to be picked up from my terminal (don't believe this, we don't have a van at the curb but we'll be there shortly business)
They do not organize the vans well so there are people in the same van who are going all over the city, not at all efficient
I called to confirm my return ride and sat on hold for 20 minutes only to find that my reservation was messed up in the system and I would not have been picked up at all if I hadn't called!
I called again the day of my flight trying to move the van ride up so I could catch an earlier flight and avoid bad weather, another 20 minutes on hold, another round of being told my reservation was in the system wrong! I finally got it sorted out about 45 minutes later (Can you tell what percentage of my 2.5 day trip I've now spent dealing with this inept company?)
When I was picked up for the airport (late, again) I sat in the front seat of the van because it was full. I had the most harrowing ride in a vehicle I have ever had in a first world country, and this would beat out many of the rides I've had in the developing world as well! Because of this, opted not to tip the driver, as I don't believe tipping is mandatory. He then proceeded to shout at me. I quickly got away from him and into a crowd.
Another call to Super Shuttle. Another 20 minute wait, 3 operators, and I was finally able to file a complaint. I heard back from them that they would refund my money and send my comments to the driver And what about any semblance of customer service?
Take the subway or pay twice the price for a cab. You'll be very glad.
