Good Points

Absolutely nothing!!!


Bad Points

I was left paying an insurance policy for a car I only drove for two days before a ditzy lady hit my car on MY side of the road.


General Comments

Everything about Diamond Car Insurance was bad to say the least. It took constant badgering from my husband and myself to get anywhere with these people. I was told on numerous occasions that someone would call me back and this never happened. It took over a year for the claim to be settled and they clearly did not read anything that was sent to them. The accident was definitely the fault of the other driver yet we were made to settle 50:50. I have never been so angry with a company in my life and would never recommend them to anyone.
