Bad Points
J k Rowling has many simaralities with The Worst Witch because the potions masters are horrible, both wear black, both favour students, Ethel and Malfoy, and much more.

General Comments
I think Jill Murphy's the worst witch books are more innocent than Harry Potter series, I am definaetely sure J K Rowling got a few ideas from jill Murphy but nothings original! There are both good.
