all was good till i needed to claim!
offered no sort of willingness to help...even with evidence
I was on a moorland road in clear conditions following a land-rover (with a huge dog bounding around in the back). We came to roadworks and the lights were on RED- he went through them...the guys working singled him to go back to avoid on coming traffic!
I reversed back to give him plenty of room to get back to a safe position and he smacked right into the front of me.....He had NO IDEA i was even there!!! Admitted it was his fault at the time...
After statements and phone calls and 4 maps drawn The Lovely People at Tesco actually did call me back but only to tell me it was a 50/50 decision!!! HOW?
