Just bought a second hand falcon fn19 raptor mk2 skelton. i like the gun with it seems well balanced and looks the part i paid 250 for the gun with silencer and 3x9x50 tasco scopes gun bag and hand pump which seems to work ok The only thing i can say at the moment is it is still on the 12 foot pounds power how can i get the power up on this?

This is a great rifle at 12 ft/lb, don't even try to adjust the power above that before you get your FAC. Over 12 ft/lb without an FAC puts you on a mandatory prison stretch of 5 years! It just isn't worth it

This rifle really does not need beefing up. I am FAC approved and after turning up the power on my raptor i turned it back down again its just not necessary and most over the counter air rifles are not supossed to be turned up anyway its not good for the rifle. However a Video is available (originally from tr robb i think) called tuning the titan/falcon air rifle although it does not cover this exact model the process is generally the same search falcon on ebay under hunting it cost me £1.50 for a dvd (i have seen torrents for downloading this but cant remember where).
I'm sure some people will say im irresponsible for telling you this but SOME FAC people think sadly they should be the only ones allowed to have this knowledge but eventually all guns will need the power adjusting as the parts wear. Also it has been recently reported to me by some fellow shooters both FAC and restricted and in gun mags that some older design full power guns (which were tuned to around 11.8) have been tipping over the 12 mark with newer more advanced pellets. Please think about the points ive made before deleting this post and remember IT IS THE SHOOTERS RESPONSIBILITY TO ENSURE THE GUN IS NOT OVER THE LEGAL LIMIT how can they do this with out this knowledge.
