We are delighted with our new kitchen and the service we received from the company who have been helpful and professional throughout.
Only that some of the minor snagging points where avoidable, so with just a little bit more thought, but put right without argument so we can't complain really.
We decided after Christmas that we wanted a new kitchen, I started to look aorund and found Infinity Kichens on the web. Before contacting them I had a look round locally at the normally kitchen retailers. I called Infinity receieved a prompt response and arranged a salesperson to come round. Together we discussed our needs and chose a kitchen. I was impressed with the variety even though not all to our taste, also the quality looked good, and backed with a 5 year guarantee. We spent time going through the design to make sure that everything would work and that all the details correct. We wanted the kitchen finished by the beginning of March. All of this was agreed and within a day or two a surveyor attended, again we went through the details just to make sure.
All was arranged, we then changed our minds about the worktops, this proved no problems, samples where sent out, drawings done all you've got to do is ask. finally we decided. The delivery date unbeknown to us clashed with a family funeral, again no problem they arranged to deliver before 10am as requested. Next day the fitting team turned up on time and started. They worked hard and efficiently, without the need for constant tea breaks. We discussed a few points along the way making sure we were happy with socket positions etc, anything not absolutely obvious was checked with us again I could not have asked for more, again I believe good communication is imperative. At the completion of the job which was on time, we did a snagging list, I must admit there where a few points we where not happy with. Nothing major but had to be sorted. We contacted Infinity and spoke to one of the Directors. The answer came back as no problem, I was surprised I did not have to argue the case at all. She sent one of the directors from Watkins around, again no problem came the reply. He agreed with everything we said, put the order in and we then arranged to timescale. We asked to wait so he could complete the job, Now it looks great. Infinity called everyday to make sure we where happy. Overall excellent.I truly believe that with a process like kitchens or indeed any building work, I've found that if you take a bit more time to go over the details, this limits mistakes. Also communicate throughout and yes you do have to check throughout and again talk. With infinity there was no problem they did what they said and in my opinion more. I always rate a company on how they're customer services and after care works and if there is a problem how it was dealt with -in this case very well.
