I decided to buy the jerseys for my team from sportscentredirect.com since they said that it would only take at most 10 days to print and deliver the jerseys to me.
So, I've ordered sets of basketball jerseys via telephone on february 2008 which is worth more than GBP200 . Normally when you purchased something, either by phone or website, they would send a receipt via email or at least a reference number. But I have received none and was informed by them that the receipt will be delivered with the merchandise. Even though I insisted them to send the receipt via email, they still did not sent it (a sign that something was wrong here).
And I waited patiently for a week for the jerseys but still nothing arrived. I phoned them to know about the update of the jerseys. They promised to deliver it within a week time. Again I asked them to email the receipt as I need them to make a claim but to no avail.
A week past by and it was only 2 days before the tournament. I again called them about the jerseys and they said that the factory produced the jersey was in Italy and they haven't send it yet (can you actually believe this?). Feeling uneasy, I insisted them to call me back on the next day to give an update (but they never did).
Days gone by, I have not received the jerseys I have ordered and unable to call customer service up until now.
Later found this forum and shocked when everyone have experienced the same problem.
Trust us. Please do not buy anything from them.
