No good points at all for me.
Too many to list.
We decided to go with Infinity (Milton Keynes) as they said they were able to manage our kitchen project from conception to installation. They said that Infinity do not deal with the building work but they know a builder that they use who can do the work we need prior to installation. All was agreed along with a £3000 deposit. Then the builder hurt his hand to another one had to be found. That's when it all went quiet. We had been given an installation date of 13th March, that date was fast approaching and no preliminary work had begun. Eventually we got hold of someone who informed us that the initial sales person had been very helpful in recommending a couple of builders to do the work. Use them, then call us and we'll install the kitchen. We don't do the building work. This was just what we didn't want and had been assured that Infinity would manage. We wanted out and our deposit returned. We are still awaiting the return of our deposit and have solicitors on the case.
My advice is to stay well away.
