Good Points

I set up cover for my Luton Van to carry out removals which was all discussed at the beginning of the call and I was very impressed with the price I paid (42.50).

Bad Points

After being towed 4 times and discussing my work details and that the van did/did not have furniture due to removal work etc I was told much that I should have registered the van as commercial (which I had done) etc and asked to pay costs of 170. I asked that the phone recording be looked for of reg set up and they could not get this. So I was treated very badly (like I was a liar) and advised to go elsewhere then if I would not pay the 170. Twice the wrong towing vehicle was sent due to mis-communication (even though my van was on their system!). Once I had requested that the guy bring clutch oil and he had not been told too. Having to wait over the 1 hour promised 2 of the 4 times I called.

General Comments

I have had much better service in the past from RAC and I can see that this is who I am going back to.
First Call was my first commercial breakdown assistance I took out and I did not realize their error in the price they gave me!
Their telephone staff whilst being very helpful when phoned did not seem to communicate things like van size and break down problem correctly which resulted in me being stuck at the road side for much longer than necessary.
