This is a telephone bank


General Comments

I found it absolutely impossible to manage an account online with Sainsbury internet saver.
They should be referred to the Trading Standards.
Every time you send an email, you wait 24 hours for a reply and then they ask you to 'phone.
Never mind you might be at work. Never mind it might not be convenient to 'phone (giving personal security details). Never mind you MIGHT NOT WANT to 'phone.
Sainsbury knows best - the Customer is King concept has not yet reached this bank and is never likely to.
