Good Points

Once agreed to cover claim sorted everything out with no problems.


Bad Points

Were no help at all when needed repatriation out of laos as i was severley injured. Told me to get myself to Thailand as soon and as safely as possible but offered no help or advice.


General Comments

I would use Sta Travel insurance again only if i was visiting a country that had good existiing facilities. I would not recommend them for countries where there are no good medical facilities as they did not help in my repatriation even though I had repatriation cover.
