1. Inadequate security- fraud was not descovered by the bank!
2.Cheque book was requested since 7th March plus 20 phone calls and promises, still has not been received on 25th March.
First Direct used to be an efficient bank in my opinion. Unfortunately it is only efficient at advertising itself and living off its past glory.
