Connections keep dropping out and there are software conflicts on vista and the desktop help does not work on vista.
Works as standard, when connection is working well. Easy and simple setup and fewer hassles than other providers in terms of bills etc
Generally too expensive for what you get in my opinion, and you are tied in to a long contract.
