No good points about this gun......if you want a pump get an 870 supermag or if you want a tactical ap...then the 870 marine mag.

The trigger sucks...dosen't line up well and dosen't feed right and is just terrible.

I found this review not helpful because poster is definitely a believer in "more expensive is always better." I have Remingtons and
<br/>Mossbergs. The Remington is far the more expensive gun and should be compared to guns in it's price class. If he were compare the Mossberg 500 to the Remington Express (same price range) he would find the Mossberg equal to the Remington Express. The Remington 870 is a better finished gun but the Remington 870 Express is not. I love my Remingtons but I would buy a Mossberg 500 over a Remington Express. It's an Apples and Oranges thing!
