Points deal is reasonable
0800 number for queries
Terrible customer service, some rude operators with no authority
Did not call back when they say they would
Will not negotiate reversal of fees
Kept me on hold for over 10 minutes
I was a Virgin Credit Card customer for many years and was 5 days late in paying £8.99; they stung me with £12.00 late fees and £14.55 interest - totally over-the-top. They are the worst financial organisation I've ever dealt with.
