Good Points

He's got an easy, likeable, non patronising style and he speaks plain common sense.


Bad Points

Can't think of any 'cause loved the book!


General Comments

Wow! I love the simplicity, the common sense, no nonsense approach and the fact that if you follow, not Allen Carr's instructions, but Mother Nature's, the excess weight will come off easily and without effort! Excellent. I love this book!
