The sound is poor quality and the battery life lasts for about an hour. Word is not installed which I was surprised about as I thought that the word programme would be pretty standard on any laptop.
Ease of use. Although it's Vista you can change the outlay to a windows classic view configuration. Reasonable price for what you get. Good for the basic wireless internet connection and general home computing.
Overall a reasonably priced, basic laptop for general home use, well recommend Advent 9215.
