Good Points

Some of the site is still the same as the old ADSL as far as I am aware.

Bad Points

General Comments

Log on - if you've forgot your password the whole thing is a mess in my opinion. Pages are too cluttered to pick out the instructions clearly as far as I am concerned.

Never had this problem rating my ipc before this site was changed from the old one. I do recommend Think Broadband but I feel they need to sort some problems out.
