Changed my flight without asking me and assumed I would take the other flight, bad customer service, no menu, no choice meal, not enough drinks, dirty toilets...need i go on?
I had booked a flight with BA and was emigrating to Hong Kong so was at the airport with my family saying our goodbyes planning to spend a little time with my family before I leave. After checking in my bags I was told I had to take them to another check point, so I did, the lady behind the desk checked my bag in a second time (which i thought was strange) she then told me that I was boarding at this time and at this gate... at this time i noticed she had told me the wrong time, so I said 'no, I am meant to be checking in at 10.30pm' and she told me she had changed my flight!! when I questioned why she did that without my consent she turned aggressive telling me that 'well do you want me to change it back?!' Her customer service was disgusting! I will never fly with BA again! I cant say that there is anything good about flying with BA!
