Customer service. Accountability.
I used the currency conversion process called Dynamic Currency Conversion. Budget Rent a Car at Belfast International Airport provided me with this service where I could pay in Euro instead of Sterling (since I had an Irish credit card) when I picked up a car at Belfast International Airport. This service ended up costing me an extra 22 Euro. I noticed what I thought was an error in overcharging my card when I got my credit card bill a while later. I emailed them back and fourth and they eventually said "we have no control over our credit card machine".
I was so annoyed by Budget rent a Car.
