Order confirmed in stock and order acknowledged within 2 minutes of placing send!


Bad Points

Charged my credit card the next day! But they did not ship the order. Spent the next 4 weeks trying to get my money returned as the camera was out of stock and not shipped! After 3 turns through the old 45 minute telephone hold queue, and being hung up on once, and receiving an e-mail confirmation that my card was refunded. I was able to speak with a manager who told me of a computer glitch. I will say that he did seem sincerely concerned when I told him my story and offered me a complimentary gift for my troubles ($20 value). But I found the entire experience hard to believe. I received an e-mail from this outfit confirming a refund that never happened.


General Comments

The sales staff oversold "I was told I needed a top end SD card (where there mark-up is) that was not needed. I was talked into a $85 SD card that I never needed" I guess this is my own fault, but I feel sales staff were quite misleading!
