They isn't any good points at all they shouldn't gone with talk talk broadband.
Where do I start, I have been with aol since 2006 and didn't have any problems until they where taken over by talk talk we had 6 weeks of not being online, we got inteernet for around 3 hours a day as far as I am aware and then it just went again, same the next day in my experience, I got fed up with this and phoned the call centre, I personally found them to be unhelpful however.
I would not go with aol broadband again and do not recommend you to use this internet broadband supplier. We are now thinking of moving to bt, yes they are slightly more expensive but atleast I will be able to get online.
