General Comments

I had a contract with The Mobile Outlet.co.uk with cashback in three stages. I got the cash back for first two stages which was after 6th and 9th month of contract. But the third stage cashback due since september 2007 has not come and the company has stopped responding since last email in October 2007 saying that there will be 45days delay......well that was an indication that things were to go from bad to worse for this company.
Same problems happened with Chatterbox.com where initially they were good at sending cash back and then they started delaying by few weeks, months and eventually stopped and I understand both these companies are in Administration...which means almost no chance of getting our cashbacks !!!
This industry is full of companies....who overtrade or trade with schemes of zero success chance as their economics will never work !!!!

    Luckily I had one good year from Mobile Outlet & not until recently when I started searching for phones I noticed they had gone. At least I got one year from them.
    Does anyone know of the adddress of the administrators?, if so we might be able to claim some money back.
    My advice next time you use a similar company make sure you pick the phone you want & they tarrif that suits you, if the company folds you have lost nothing just the bonus of cash back. I love the 12 month contract bit that suits me.
    If anyone know of other sites which are reliable please port here for the rest of us to use.
