Fantastic imagination, very funny, some hilarious comparisons (Cannot write them right now), just a good book.
Sometimes, if younger people might like to take a shot at it, it can possibly be a little hard to follow. There really is no real reason that Rincewind and Twoflower went to the temple of Bel Shamagorath (or something like that).
I thought Terry Pratchett, The Colour of Magic was a very enjoyable book. I felt that at times, it went a bit off and it was hard to follow, but when it gets better, it's a very, very, very good book indeed. I feel that the general audience should be from about 15-17 onwards. I'm doing a review for it at school at the moment and think this may be good practice. But I agree with "Guest" if there are any fantasy fans who might want a change, read it. It's a fantasy/comedy/roman...nah/action/etc. It can be very gripping at times like when their being chased by dragons near Wyrmberg. That's very well wirtten, but it's a well written book in general and I give praise to Terry Pratchett and congratulate him on being so successful, and you probably know why.
