Good Points

They accepted my order. It said it was in stock. It was cheaper than most places.


Bad Points

They should have never accepted my order. I was NOT in stock. They never contacted me. They had awful customer services. They didn't care.


General Comments

There is so much competition online for our custom and it annoys me that when i spend hours shopping around to find the best deal that a company - that i have heard of - ends up being a ridiculous. I ordered some boots from Millets Sport via Amazon on March 8th. I was told they would be dispatched within 6-10 days. I waited that long and then called when it expired. I was told that it might be longer, but shouldn't be much. I then waited til the 25th March and called again. Only to be patronised and moaned at. "I told you last time it may take longer, its not my fault, its Hi-Tec's" I was then told they were not in stock and the order shouldn't have been taken! Surely they should have contacted me and told me this? Instead i had to chase them up. And I'm still shoe-less. I don't recommend EVER bothering to order with these guys unless you really have to. ie life or death!
