GHRoberts's review of Suzuki Burgman 125

★★★☆☆

“My Suzuki Burgman was a great machine for nearly 4...”

Good Points
Storage under seat is huge. Size and road presence. Fast enough for open road.

Bad Points
Low seat means cramped leg position on longer journeys Lights seem to be set too high, as I often get flashed by oncoming traffic Weight can sometimes be a handicap.

General Comments
My Suzuki Burgman was a great machine for nearly 4 years.
Reliably got me to the station every working day during that time and around the country at the weekends - even started to use it to get to the airport. Carried all sorts under seat and on rack.
Then suddenly developed starting problem. Despite 2 visits to the dealer to strip the carburettor + doses of Silkolene FST, it is a lottery in the morning and evening.
Really frustrating and my trusty stead is now a liability as it can not be trusted any more.
